Springing into the new season with a fresh spring trend: Neutrals with a pop of color!
With spring just around the corner, I was feeling green and chose to take inspiration from a Martha O’hara interior. She used various shades of green through accent pieces, pillows (which we can replicate here at the Sewing Room) and plants.
Accessories are an instant and (can be) inexpensive way to change up your space for any season or mood, and having a good neutral base makes it a synch! Not a fan of green? No problem! Yellow or blue would be fun colors to play with for spring – and don’t be afraid to mix it up!
Another hot trend I’ve incorporated is mixing in vintage items – like that dreamy vintage rug from Etsy shown in the mood board. The weather is becoming perfect for hunting local vintage markets or antique stores to find that special timeless addition to any interior.
